Out of the box, pressing this button will engage and disengage the Superhuman Hearing feature, which adjusts the audio so you can pinpoint quiet audio cues like enemy footsteps and weapon reloads. This is intentional if your Mappable Wheel/lower dial spins freely, your headset is working as intended.
